Abstract

This study focuses on the problems of the state and the dynamics of the food market of Russia, and especially the foreign trade of our country's agricultural products and foodstuffs, with an analysis of international experience providing APK state support, identifying deficiencies to apply the Russian practice of supporting domestic producers of agricultural products, as well as critically examined aspects of food security, then we combine the data obtained from the four aspects of the findings and translating them to determine the characteristics of Russian food market transformation in the conditions of accession to the WTO. Possibilities of information industry to improve competitiveness while WTO membership.
