Abstract

The article notes that one of the main conditions of professional activity of future and acting teachers (any employee of education system) is to focus on continuous self-education and professional development in the conditions of Informatization of education. Forming a new educational paradigm, according to which the determinant becomes “education for life”, corresponds a new educational setting “to learn how to learn”. Of particular significance in the system of continuous self-education is studying the problem of using didactic opportunities of Web-technologies to implement the process of continuous self-education and improvement of professional development.
