Geometry of the cyclic translation surfaces with generating circle and directrix meridiansof the base sphere
Abstract
The geometry of the cyclic translation surfaces with generating circle and directrix meridians of the base sphere is investigated in the article.
The surface is received by parallel moving of the circle of some section of the base sphere. The generating circle moves so they cross two meridians of the base sphere.
The vector equation of the cyclic translation surface in coordinate lines of translation is received. The equation of the surface in coordinate lines including directrix meridians are received too.
The drawings of the cyclic translation surfaces with generating circle and directrix meridians of the base sphere made in MathCad system are shown.
The possibility of construction of the umbrella surfaces from repeating sectors of the cyclic translation surfaces are shown.

LARGE DISPLACEMENTS OF RIGID-AND-PLASTIC ROUND PLATES RIGIDLY FIXED ALONG THE CONTOUR AND SUBJECTED TO AXYSIMMETRIC LOADING
Abstract
The problem of a plastic deforming of a circular plate with rigid pinching edge under act of axisymmetric loading in view of greater bending flexures is observed. The model of ideally plastic body, surface of flow for shells with continuous single-layer cross-section, the kinematic conditions of jointness is used. The analytical solution in a parametric aspect is gained.

STRAINS SUPERPOSITION PRINCIPLE WHEN CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS HAVE STRUCTURAL DAMAGES
Abstract
Rheological state equations of materials are obtained on the base of the principle of the superposition of fraction creep strains. Boltzmann the first applied this principle when the fraction strains were independent of the value and duration of the rest stresses increments. The structural damages generate the dependence of these strains on all fraction stress increments. The quasilinear rheological equation is obtained on the base of the Boltzmann principle modification.

FROM RELATIVE TO EXACT MODEL OF CALCULATION CRACK RESISTANCE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE SECTION
Abstract
The article is about the improving the method of calculating crack resistance of ferroconcrete sections in the bending on the base of deformation model. It is offered a formula of the moment of appearing cracks, which can be considered exact for its adequacy to the experiment. With due regard for influence of reinforcing at the moment of appearing cracks will improve technical-economical effectiveness and durability of ferro-concrete constructions, calculating limited conditions of which are depended on limitation for appearing and enlarging

DYNAMIC LOSS OF STABILITY CLOSED CYLINDRICAL SHELLS AT ACTION OF BAND ALTERNATING LOADING
Abstract
In the given operation the question of dynamic loss of stability of closed cylindrical shells is researched. At influence on closed cylindrical shells of the cross alternating loading operating on a band, there are non-linear oscillations which result system in qualitatively new state. Researches were led on the basis of the analysis of change of sag of a shells in time, veyvlet-spectrum, change of the form of wave formation, and research of a sign on a high index of Lyapunov.

EXPERIMENTAL-AND-THEORETICAL STUDY OF THE STRESS-STRAIN STATE OF THE FERRONCONCRETE ARCH UNDER HIGHWAY BRIDGE
Abstract
Described are procedures and results of investigating the stress- strained state (SSS) of the filled in with soil bridge construction with a cylindrical arch of a constant thickness made from the monolithic reinforced concrete with the use of flat and three-dimensional finite-element models. The data of the full-scale measurements of displacements and deformations of the bridge span are compared with the results of calculation on the basis of the models accepted.

Abstract

DETERMINATION OF DYNAMIC PRESSURES AND ESTABLISHMENT OF WIND-REGION MAPS IN BENIN
Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to determine the dynamic pressures of the wind and to establish a wind-region map for Benin.
In order to do that, we have, after the collection of meteorological information (data of speed), carried out:
- the analysis of average and instantaneous data (speed) of wind of the six main meteorological stations in accordance with the statistical methods recommended by the National Code of Building in Canada (NCB) and the Snow and Wind 65 Rules. These data cover a period of 23 years;
- the analysis of the speed variations speed by means of numerical techniques;
- the analysis, according to AFNOR norms, of the influence of the relief and vegetation on the sharing out of the coefficients of site and dynamic pressures.
At the end of this study, we established:
- Dynamic pressures and basic speeds to be taken into account during the assessment of wind overloads;
- That the basic speeds in the stations of Cotonou, Savè, Bohicon and Parakou are likely to be obsolete with time;
- The geographical distribution of the site coefficients and dynamic pressures in Benin;
Appropriate region maps.
