The article is devoted to mutual relations of Communist party and the agencies of state security in the first years of the Soviet authority. On a concrete historical material the author has shown process of transformation of the extreme commissions on struggle against counterrevolution in fighting group RKP(b), mechanisms by means of which the party of bolsheviks supervised over their activity, used for suppression of opponents of the established political mode.

The regulation of working time at the USSR concessions of 1920s became one of the main themes of «working politics». However, concessioners were increasing the duration of working day, were organizing overtime work at enterprises. Rely on the archive material the author of the article makes conclusions that the offence against Soviet labor legislation about observing working time was due to scarcity of qualified Soviet working force.

Russian historiography of neopopulist movements, and in particular, history of labour populist-socialistic party is analysed in article. The author not only has revealed the basic stages of studying of the given problematics by Russian historians, but also has estimated concepts of some historians: V.V. Zverev, A.A. Fedorenko, and. A.V. Sypchenko, M.I. Leonov and others to whom managed to look in a new fashion at the maintenance of the ideological concept of party on a basis earlier not known sources, and during carrying out of the comparative analysis with doctrines of other parties. Revealing of theoretical positions (idea of statehood, etatism, nationalisation, the critical relation to Marxism) which have allowed party to occupy the niche in a spectrum of political movements became a result of these researches.

By way of the example of three episodes of The Russian-Japanese War (The Cruiser «Variag» feat, The torpedo boat «Steregushy» flood and Admiral Makarov's death) at the article shows the mechanism of creation and fix the image of the hero at the historical remember at a war current and afterwards. Also made an attempt to analyze the criterions of selection the events to remember by historical remember. At the materials of the hold a celebration of the centenary of The Russian-Japanese War shows the modern mechanisms of historical remember model.

In the given scientific article the problems of creation of mountain militia formations by imperial authorities of Terskaya area and also the problems of their and activity in the direction of inner security and protection of the region are discussed.
