TRAINING OF FOREIGN EXPERTS IN SYSTEM OF UNIVERSITY CHEMICAL EDUCATION OF RUSSIA (THE 1950 TH - THE 2000 TH)

The paper is written on the basis of the research fulfilled by the author which purpose is studying of historical experience of activity of the Russian universities and institutes of Aca-demy of Sciences of the USSR (Russian Academy of Sciences) on training of the qualified research chemists. The author of article came to conclusion that mass training of research chemists from among foreign citizens began at universities of the USSR in the second half of the XX century and chemical faculties and chairs of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Peoples’ Friendship University named after Lumumba and some other universities of RSFSR were pioneers in this important issue. Essential help to the Soviet universities in formation of research chemists was given by profile institutes of Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Work of the Soviet professors and teachers with foreign students promoted development of international relations of chemical faculties and chairs of universities of the USSR with foreign colleagues, first of all from the countries of national democracy (the socialist states of Europe and Asia). The Soviet experience of training of research chemists in universities was very demanded in system of university chemistry of the Russian Federation.
