ON THE ASSESSMENT OF THE TRANSPORT COMPONENT OF THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF MOSCOW MEGAPOLIS

The article cosiders the possibility of estimating the economic security of Moscow-city in its transport component. Expounds the approach to the assessment, which is based on the cumulative effect of investment risks: economic, social and financial, when you create a transport appropriate share of gross value added of the megapolis. The author emphasizes that there is no approach to determine the effects of low investment on economic security. The article deals with the author's method of evaluation of the provision of economic security of Moscow, which is due to its transport component focused on the integral indicator which contains both economic and social effect of transport. The author concludes that the proposed methodology provides the ability to track the level of effectiveness of programme activities for creating conditions for sustainable development of Moscow.
