Abstract
The real article is further continuation of works on consideration of state government bases by the use of national resources, as it applies to the sphere of development of small and middle enterprise of Russian Federation. From system positions a role and place of external state audit (control) are considered in state administration and offered general and concrete classifi cation structures. The levels of state support are certain and going near the estimation of effi ciency of measures of state support of small and middle enterprise is considered at the level of the Central bank of Russian Federation.
