Phenomenology of Legal Consciousness of Studying Youth in Context of State and Legal Life of Modern Society

The essence of the concept «legal consciousness» is considered; the structure, functions and the characteristics of legal consciousness are presented; the determinants influencing the formation of the legal consciousness of the studying youth are described in the article. The special attention is given to the questions of forming the legal consciousness of the studying youth in the context of state and legal life of a modern society.
