Abstract

Experiment on 30 rats with the secondary immunodeficiency is conducted. On the dorsum of the back identical wounds were simulated. Rats were divided on groups, in a control group (a suspension was not used) and on 2 experimental groups (a suspension was used with the different concentrations of EGF). It was revealed that preparation of EGF + hydroxyapatite nanocrystals also has the ability to stimulate regeneration in case of immunodeficiency.
