Abstract
For the teacher of the higher medical school it is already not enough to be competent of area of the speciality and to transfer the huge knowledge base in an audience, today he should know, how it is better for understanding students this knowledge base to present. And though these new views are not accepted by some teachers of the higher medical school, it is impossible to ignore the data of researches which confirm that active methods of training - the most effective [5]. It is necessary for teachers to seize intensive interactive technologies of training purposefully: games, trainings, cases, game designing, creative technicians and many other receptions. All these listed modes of study develop base competence and metacompetence of the student, form skills necessary for a trade, create preconditions for psychological readiness to introduce in real practice the mastered skills.
