Abstract

Information programs of local TV rarely the subject of theoretical studies. Although for them there is interest from scientists from different scientific disciplines (journalism, philology, history, sociology, political science, psychology). But most of these works dealt with general trends inherent in the news or focused on the specifics of the information broadcast on the federal channels. The article deals with a number of characteristics inherent to the news on local TV stations in the Siberian Federal District.
