Аннотация

Рост академической мобильности студентов, профессоров, специалистов, экспертов, а также числа образовательных программ и учреждений привел к появлению новой формы предоставления образовательных услуг на международном образовательном рынке - транснациональному (трансграничному) образованию. Зарубежные кампусы, дистанционное образование, совместные образовательные программы, образовательные услуги коммерческих провайдеров являются наиболее распространенными видами транснационального образования и выступают эффективным инструментов маркетинговой политики по продвижению национальной системы образования на международном рынке образовательных услуг.
