International branch campuses, distance learning, joint educational programs, educational services of commercial providers are the most common types of transnational education and act as an effective tool of a national marketing strategy to promote a national education system in education global market</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Рост академической мобильности студентов, профессоров, специалистов, экспертов, а также числа образовательных программ и учреждений привел к появлению новой формы предоставления образовательных услуг на международном образовательном рынке - транснациональному (трансграничному) образованию.
