Analysis of the Russian information security market in the cintext of the digital economy development

Abstract

The work is devoted to the actual problem of security and safety of information resources of enterprises. The article analyzes the state of information security in Russia, in the observed trends of rapid growth of the digital economy. The study examined the theoretical foundations of the digital economy and information security, identified key areas of cybercrime. Identified existing information security systems in the Russian market. The work analyzed the activities of the largest companies in the field of information security, which are among the leaders of the information security market.

The impact of globalization on the protection of the intellectual property rights

The article discusses the mechanisms of regulation of foreign trade in the field of protection of intellectual property rights. The author reveals the problematic issues of intellectual property protection. State regulation of housing policy in China: the case of Chongqing

Abstract

The article describes the housing policy of the PRC since the launch of market reforms and its consequences for the social and economic situation in the country. The main part of the article is devoted to the housing program that was carried out in Chongqing, a Chinese municipality under the direct administration of central government. The author analyzes what were the main features of this program that differed it from similar economic experiments that were conducted in other regions of the PRC. An important point stressed by the article is the distinction of the ways that housing program was financed. The article also shows how some elements of the Chongqing experience of solving housing problems were spread to other regions of the country, especially the construction of affordable rental housing.

Dynamics of the migrant’s resettlement in Germany, 2007-2017

Abstract

The study is devoted to the problem of migration in the Federal Republic of Germany. It became particularly relevant when in 2015 a migration crisis broke out in Europe, which revealed Germany’s unreadiness for such a sharp increase in the migration flow. The article describes the impact of migrants on the socio-economic and political development of Germany, the current trends and problems of migration in the country, as well as the history of migration policy. Based on the data of the Federal statistical office, the author compares the resettlement of migrants in 16 Federal States for 2007 and 2017. As a result, it is concluded which factors affect the resettlement of migrants in Germany.

The dynamics of regional disparities of German states and regional policy of Germany, 1992-2017

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of uneven socio-economic development of German states and the role of regional policy in overcoming regional disparities. In the article are described the causes of social and economic inequality between former East (the GDR) and West (the FRG) Germany. The author analyzes the dynamics of regional disparities using The Lorenz Curves and statistical maps based on data about the so-called regional benefits coefficient (a ratio of the cumulative portion of the GRP to the cumulative portion of the population). Other indicators of regional development (GRP per capita, the unemployment rate) are also considered. The main directions of the regional policy of the German Government are characterized. On the basis of the conducted research a general assessment of its efficiency is given.

Dynamics of regional structure of gold production in 2010-2017

Mining industry as a factor of the socio-economic development of the Magadan region

Abstract

The article analyzes mining industry impact on the socio-economic development of the Magadan Region from the beginning of the industrial development of its territory (1920s-XX centuries) to the present. The role of the industry as the driving force of the infrastructure arrangement of the territory, the formation factor of the demographic and territorial structure of the region, the main source of financial and social well-being was evaluated. The ultra-industrial feature of the economy of some municipalities is revealed and the weak points of this development way are indicated.

Analysis of priority directions of regional development of the Kursk region

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition of priority directions of regional development of Kursk region. The current socio-economic situation in the region, describes the key problems and strengths of the Kursk region, identified based on the SWOT-analysis is analyzed in this work. The change in the sectoral structure of employment in the region is clearly seen. The author identified the key activities and sources of their financing to eliminate the existing negative trends in the field of environmental sphere. In conclusion, promising directions for further development of the region are proposed.
