Abstract
The article discusses the mechanisms of regulation of foreign trade in the field of protection of intellectual property rights. The author reveals the problematic issues of intellectual property protection. Suggestions are given to solve the problems of regulating the circulation of goods containing intellectual property rights (IPR).
