THE IMPROVEMENT OF REGULATION MECHANISM OF THE MARKET IN KYRGYZSTAN
Abstract
The publication presents analytical overview of the current state in the labour market of Kyrgyzstan. indicated a problem fields of national policy in this sphere. The article presents the view for the national model of labour market regulating. Also determined concrete measures to improve the regulating mechanism of labour market. The author conducted deep analysis of internal and external migration situation in Kyrgyzstan, described specific features of Kyrgyz labour market. Also the article describes the problems migrants face with and presents the portrait of modern migrant from Kyrgyzstan.

ASEAN IN THE GLOBAL ECONOMY: CHALLENGES OF THE XXI CENTURY
Abstract
The article analyzes the foundation and the formation of ASEAN, as well as bloc’s socio-economic dynamics in 2000-2013. The Authors investigated the participation of the bloc in world trade and in General in the system of international economic relations and shows the increasing in the block’s share in global processes. This provision fully meets the long-term and current objectives of the ASEAN countries, as the role of foreign economic sphere retains priority and for individual countries and for the unit as a whole. The conclusion is made on the further strengthening of the position of ASEAN in the global economy as trends

THE INFLUENCE OF WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION TO CHANGE THE PROVISIONS LEVEL IN RUSSIA
Abstract
The article focuses on the impact of the World Trade Organization to change the economic situation in Russia, namely, the growth of export / import of provisions, the reasons for decline in production, changes in the level of retail and wholesale prices. Particular attention is drawn to the state support measures, the adoption of several amendments aimed to the development of agriculture (especially if it is in the zone of risky farming). The article also presents the views of well-known figures, the Rosstat report and a lot of other comparative analytical information which can help to understand the issue

INFLUENCE OF WTO MEMBERSHIP ON THE FOREIGN TRADE AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SPHERES OF RUSSIA
Abstract
The article analyzes the state of the external trade of Russia in the post-crisis period, including the dynamics of exports, imports, commodity and geographical structure. The author shows that Russia's accession to the world trade organization (WTO) can have both positive and negative consequences for the socio-economic dynamics in the country in the long term. All depends on the consistency and adequacy of public policy, as the economic effects do not come into effect automatically, as shown by international experience and scientific studies conducted in different countries

TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGIES IN INNOVATIVE ECONOMY: ESSENCE, FORMS, METHODS
Abstract
Article is devoted to disclosure of the maintenance of a technological transfer. The author considers different types of a transfer of technologies, own classification is given. Taking into account the main participants of technological process, its main stages are allocated. The author gives various methods of a transfer, depending on a classification sign: nature of advance of technology in the course of its transfer; number of participants; regional features; stage of a technological transfer. Commercial and noncommercial forms of transfer of technologies are considered. The conclusion about need of formation of the organizational system focused on ensuring process of receiving, realization and distribution of results of scientific researches and development with involvement of all participants of innovative process - the states, sciences, education and business is drawn.

STATE REGULATION OF AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY AND ANTI-RECESSIONARY MEASURES OF RUSSIA
Abstract
The article analyzes the state regulation of the automotive industry, major countries of the world, as well as measures undertaken by these States to regulate industry in 2008-2009 to the present time. The author systematizes the main anti-crisis instruments and mechanisms of the USA, Japan, EU and China and is compared with the RF. Presents the main effects of state anti-crisis measures. The conclusion is made on the further strengthening and development of measures of crisis management in the automotive industry and the growing role of the state in the development of industry in the Russian Federation in the future

CONSEQUENCES OF RUSSIA’S WTO ACCESSION: THEORETICAL ASPECTS
Abstract
The article examines the theoretical aspects of the process of Russia's accession to the WTO on the basis of the analysis of modern scientific literature. Shows the growth of attention to these aspects of not only Russian, but also Western and Chinese researchers. The author establishes the ambiguity of conceptual frameworks in accession to the world trade organization, as well as the lack of certainty in the modern world. The author makes a conclusion about the need for the Russian Federation and other countries of the world, making independent approach in this area, with the aim of protecting national interests and economic security
