TWO-STAGE SYNTHESIS OF CONTROL SYSTEM BY THE NETWORK OPERATOR METHOD
Abstract
The paper focuses on the problem of control system synthesis and a numerical method of the network operator is proposed to search a solution. Apart from a well-known approach when the stated control synthesis problem is solved directly by the method of network operator considering given criteria and terminal conditions, the present paper describes a two-stage synthesis. The first stage is supposed to solve numerically a set of optimal control tasks for different initial values from some given space. The second stage makes an approximation of the previously received optimal trajectories by means of the network operator. An example illustrates the two-stage synthesis of a control system for a spaceship descent to the Moon

ANALYSIS OF DATA OF METEOROLOGICAL STATIONS OF THE PROVINCE OF THE MANABA
Abstract
The quantity of rain rainfall in Ecuador depending on climatic zones (Costa, Sierra and Oriyente) fluctuates within 200-5000 mm a year [4]. In this work the analysis of long-term series of observations of meteorological stations in the province Manabi during the period from 1963 to 2013 is made. When lengthening short series of observations the method of orthogonal regression was applied. Isolines of rain mean annual rainfall are as a result built and their average annual volume, important in the field of design of hydraulic engineering constructions for system of water supply is determined

AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR MEASURINGTHE PARAMETERS OF DIFFRACTION ON POLYMER FILMS WITH PERIODIC MICRORELIEF
Abstract
An automated system for measuring the diffraction efficiency of light, as well its kinematic scheme, were designed and assembled. The measurements of the diffraction efficiency of light on the sample of polymeric substrates with periodic microrelief were carried out. The software is developed in Matlab environment for the construction of the diffraction pattern of the geometric parameters and wavelength. By using software as well as the results of measurement of the light diffraction efficiency the microrelief period was determined too. The correctness of the period was checked by an independent method
