In this work the analysis of long-term series of observations of meteorological stations in the province Manabi during the period from 1963 to 2013 is made. When lengthening short series of observations the method of orthogonal regression was applied. Isolines of rain mean annual rainfall are as a result built and their average annual volume, important in the field of design of hydraulic engineering constructions for system of water supply is determined</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Количество дождевых осадков в Эквадоре в зависимости от климатических зон (Коста, Сьерра и Ориенте) колеблется в пределах 200-5000 мм в год [4]. В данной работе сделан анализ многолетних рядов наблюдений метеорологических станций в провинции Манаби в период с 1963 по 2013 гг. При удлинении коротких рядов наблюдений применялся метод ортогональной регрессии.
