The measurements of the diffraction efficiency of light on the sample of polymeric substrates with periodic microrelief were carried out. The software is developed in Matlab environment for the construction of the diffraction pattern of the geometric parameters and wavelength. By using software as well as the results of measurement of the light diffraction efficiency the microrelief period was determined too. The correctness of the period was checked by an independent method</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Разработана и сконструирована автоматизированная система измерения дифракционной эффективности света, кинематическая схема. Выполнены измерения дифракционной эффективности света на образцах полимерных подложек с периодическим микрорельефом. Разработано программное обеспечение в среде Matlab для построения дифракционной картины в зависимости от геометрических параметров и длины волны. С использованием программного обеспечения определен период микрорельефа по результатам измерения дифракционной эффективности света.
