Abstract

The article is devoted to identification of specifics in the art reality models created by M. Bulgakov in the 1920s and use of the fantasy. It shows that fantasy sets formal parameters and ideological content for the art models of reality created by the author, and has basic values in the sense expression of these stories. However, superiority of the satirical purpose indicates domination of satirical convention type and its basic function in the cycle of “Moscow” stories.
