Abstract


Regularities of assortment formation at the chemist`s shops in regard of consumers' preferences have been reviewed. Factors influencing on evaluation of the pharmaceutical goods and decision to buy them have been identified. Characteristic behaviors of the consumers depending on their attitude to drugs have been exemplified.
