Media in the new conditions of political competition in Russians electoral process

Abstract

In the article based on the results of analysing wide range of sources and expert questioning conducted by the author the specifications of political participation of media as a subject of electoral process in modern Russia are examined. It notices the character and causes of the occuring changes and makes some deductions about the further development of the media participation in the electoral process. Also the media and journalist community cooperation policy of certain political parties is analysed.
