Abstract
In the XVI-XVII th ct. is being formed «prescribed» orthodoxy in Russian State. The order of interrelation of the man with Orthodox Church and religious belief is being consolidated in the documents of the State and the Church. But the sources of this time fix numerous deviations from religious customs. In the article one of the aspects of violation of the norms of religious behavior (the outrages in the time of the divine service and church feasts: drinking-bout, fights, dances with skomorokhes) by the Russian man of the XVI-XVII th ct. is being researched.
