EFFICIENT USE OF PUBLIC FUNDS IN SUPPORTING SMALL-SCALE AND MEDIUM BUSINESSES

Abstract

The article deals with the methodological approaches used by Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan while auditing the efficiency of the budget expenses on entrepreneurship, stimulating investment and innovation activity: the basic stages of audit, determination of the objects of audit, establishing an expert panel, risk assessment, criteria of effectiveness, creating the audit report.
