Abstract
In the article from positions of the system approach one of the threats to world civilizations - corruption; on the basis of insight into the history of the world draws conclusions for the present. The authors attempt to prove the systematic corruption, highlighted specific features. Identified ways of implementing a systematic approach to combating corruption in the Russian Federation.
