Abstract

The article is considering general characteristics the conditions of modern urbanization. For example of Moscow region it is analyses the programs of development territories. Author marks strategies of management development territories in conditions of modern urbanization. It is considering the methods and systems objects of territories and elements of infrastructure. Author proposes the consistent program of decision of the problems in management development territories on the base of infra development.
