Abstract
An important problem of teachers’ personal and professional development in the field of educational practice is considered in the article. The psychological assistance to higher school teachers at the stage of their professional adaptation as one of the leading technologies in this process and also the determination of the conditions which provide the efficiency of the process are observed here.
