The International Connections of the Regions of the Siberian Federal Okrug: Political Aspects
Abstract
The author examines the political aspects of the international connections of the regions of Russia through the analysis of the activity of the regions of the Siberian Federal Okrug. The author comes to the conclusion that lately the international relations and foreign policy acquired the regional component, and the international connections of the regions acquired the political character.

The Dominating Points of View in Conceptualization of Corporativism: the Russian Politological Version
Abstract
This article analyzes the peculiarities of development and operationalization of the conceptual ideas and approaches to the analysis of corporativism for the theoretical solution to the problem of aggregation, articulation and representation of interests of civil society and its individual groups. The author considers the dominating points of view concerning corporativism in a context of the modern Russian reality.

Gaming Technology in Political Conflict Resolution
Abstract
The present article deals with political conflict as a type of political process and its motive factors in the modern politics. An algorithm of gaming analysis of political conflict is provided in the article for the purpose of discovering efficient results for involved parties. A gaming analysis of the 1962 Cuban missile crisis was carried out as an empiric demonstration of the suggested method.

Educational Migration: the Notion, Problems and Ways of Solution
Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of educational migration in the world and in modern Russia. The author supposes that educational migration is very significant for social development of many countries, including Russia. Educational migration carries at least four key positive effects: social, political, demographical and economical. Having estimated positively present dynamics of growth of foreign students studying in Russia, the author also notes that to reach the level of the leading countries of the world education market, Russia has to work out the conception of growth of its competitiveness in the sphere of export of educational services.
