Features of Style of A.P. Chechov (on a Material of Stories «Long Tongue» and «The Lady with the Doggie»)
Abstract
In the article the style organization of a A.P. Chekhov's stories with one plot base - «Long tongue» (1886) and «The Lady with the doggie» (1899) - is compared each other. Author has revealed the generality and the distinctions connected with deepening of problematics, reconsideration of characters, plot transformation, modality change, genre integration, wide use of means of stylistics.

Abstract
Of the article of Khamdokhov S.Y. «The Question of the Unity of the Historical Fact and Art Invention in the Keshokov's Novel «The Broken Horse-Shoe»
The article is dedicated to the one of the most significant novels of the famous Kabardinian writer of the second part of the 20th century Alim Keshokov. There are investigated the problems of the unity of the historical events and facts (the Great War Two on the North Caucasus) and the art invention, of the history of the creation of the piece of work, and the stage of the embodiment of the author's idea.
By the certain knowledge of the creation of A. Keshokov in general this problem hasn't been specially analyzed yet.

The artistic personification of the «phenomenon of «wise men» in the works of F.M. Dostoevsky and L.N. Tolstoy
Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the realization of F.M. Dostoevsky's and L.N. Tolstoy's creative dialogue with the tradition and the experience of the «phenomenon of «wise men». The main interest of this research is the two writers' reference to «the phenomenon of wise men» and its transference to the artistic domain, as well as the originality of the writers in conforming to the patristic cultural tradition when creating the image of «the wise man».

«Nonclassical» prose: problems psychology (Novel Yevgeny Zamyatin «We» in light of K.-G.Yung's theory of archetypes)
Abstract
This study examined the originality of psychologism in the novel «We» written by E. Zamyatin in the context of Nonclassical Prose. In the novel, E. Zamyatin connected social and psychological point of view not refusing gains of realism of 19th century. In addition, he showed protagonist's outside world as well as introspection simultaneously. Psychological basis of this study is K. Jung's theory.

Artistic addressing the «man and the war» in the A. Teppeev's novel «Heavy millstone»
Abstract
The paper investigates a novel A. Teppeeva «Heavy millstone» from the standpoint of modern literary criticism. Ill-studied novel is analyzed in the context of the writer's own creativity, as well as novelistic prose literature of the North Caucasus. Particular attention is paid to the article, the thematic focus of ideological work, the problem of heroic, imagery, and psychological analysis.

The article considers editorial activities of the newspaper «The New York Times» during presidential elections in the USA in 2008 in relation to the Democratic party's candidate Barrack Obama. Principles of message formation in a photo
Abstract
This article addresses main principles of the making the messages in modern mass media by the instrumentality of photojournalism. A photo represents a text with a message which consists of signs. The order of perception of such a message depends on the composition and the accompanying verbal message which set time-space characteristics of the represented objects.

Рассматривается российское региональное телевидение как часть сложившегося в стране медиапространства. Выдвигается несколько критериев выделения данного понятия: семантический, географический, исторический, социальный, экономический, содержательный. Основной вывод: главным параметром, определяющим качественные и количественные характеристики регионального телевещания, а также организационные условия ее функционирования, является региональный фактор распространения.
