Abstract

The innovative approach to the development of the postgraduate education in Russia means system changes in format and content of the educational process as itself. It promotes to receive equivalent recognition of the Russian scientific degree 'Candidate in Science' and the European scientific degree 'Philosophy Doctor in Science'.
