CHINESE EXPERIENCE IN THE EFFECTIVE USE OF SOVEREIGN WELFARE FUND
Abstract
In article the reasons of creation of national welfare funds of China and the direction of investment of their means received as non-oil export earnings are considered. Extent of portfolio diversification by types of tools, the countries and industries of economy as one of basic reasons of efficiency of the performed investments is analyzed. In connection with the developed world economic situation the portfolio return downside risks connected with its structure come to light. Besides, the emphasis is placed on several successful investment projects of the Chinese investment corporation, connected, including, with the Russian issuers.
SELF-REGULATORY ORGANISATIONS OF AUDITORS OF RUSSIA: REGIONAL ASPECT
Abstract
In the conditions of adaptation to international standards of audit, communication with the increasing role of processes of the international globalization and integration, tendencies in integration of the domestic market into world economy were planned. Around the world the huge attention is paid to problems of increase in trust to an auditor profession, and also to improvement of quality of the rendered services. Problems of quality of audit need to be considered based on professional standards of auditor activities from the point of view of uneven economical geographical distribution for the territory of Russia. In this article one of the main problems of the auditor market – heterogeneity of participants of the market of auditor services in the income, and also on a geographical sign is reflected.
FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CULTURAL TOURISM IN THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN
Abstract
Article is devoted to the analysis of such developing economy industry as tourism. Cultural tourism is one most popular types of tourism both in Russia in general, and in the Republic of Bashkortostan, in particular. State regulation plays one of the major roles in this process. As a result of preparation and holding the summits of SCO and BRICS in July, 2015 in Ufa, regulation in the field of cultural tourism became more effective, but in this sphere there was still a set of problems and questions which need to be solved. A specific place in cultural tourism is held by the museums, therefore, these objects deserve special attention.
THE PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF IMPORT OF MACHINE-TECHNICAL PRODUCTS TO RUSSIA IN THE CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC INSTABILITY
Abstract
In work importance of import of machine-building products for the Russian economy is analyzed, impact of events of 2014-2015 on it is estimated: geopolitical instability, volatility of ruble exchange rate and entering of economic sanctions by the western countries against the Russian Federation. Besides, factors which can influence positively import of machine-building products to the Russian Federation in the future are studied. The possible directions for replacement of "critical" types of machine-building goods are considered, and also the prospects of import substitution in the Russian mechanical engineering are analyzed
RUSSIAN-GCC INVESTMENT COOPERATION: RECENT TRENDS
Abstract
At the present time Russia is aiming to diversify its foreign trade relations and the geography of investment cooperation. Under the international economic sanctions initiated by the USA and EU, Russia has to strengthen cooperation with Asian, African and Latin American countries. This article analyzes the development of investment cooperation with the Arab countries, particularly with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Despite the impact of the economic sanctions Russia remains an attractive destination for investors from the GCC. Apart from oil and gas industry many other sectors have the potential for investment cooperation between the GCC and Russia.
CHANGE OF THE LEADER OF WORLD AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY AND MAIN TENDENCIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDUSTRY
Abstract
In the last decades the environment of the world automobile market underwent essential changes. Progress of developing countries, first of all China, requires studying of their experience and accounting in case of development of national strategies of development of automotive industry. In work the current market trends of world automotive industry and factors causing them are considered the reasons of success of developing countries and the threats connected with it for traditional leaders are shown. Based on the carried-out analysis conclusions about key factors of sharp growth of competitiveness of automotive industry of China, occupation by it world leading line items, and also the prospects of use of this experience in other countries are drawn.
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CORPORATE STRATEGIES OF COMPANIES VOLKSWAGEN AG AND RENAULT-NISSAN
Abstract
The article deals with the corporate managements of companies Volkswagen AG and Renault-Nissan. It includes the characterization of the specifics of the competitive strategies of these companies, common points and differences. The estimation of the effectiveness of the companies’ corporate management is implemented on the base of the analysis of car sales on the EU market during the period 2008-2015and the basic measures of their success are underlined. The comparative estimation of the effectiveness of the measures of the implementation of competitive strategies of the functioning of two companies is made on the base of the indexes of activity on the foreign markets during the mentioned period.
ROLE OF THE FEDERAL BUDGET IN DEVELOPMENT OF FEDERAL AND REGIONAL SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC PROCESSES

In article the role of the federal budget in development of the Russian Federation through certain social and economic programs and payments as at the federal, and regional levels is analyzed. Forming of conditions for the forthcoming development – the most important purpose of the socially oriented state. Forming of the innovative environment, support of advanced technologies, development of scientific and natural potential, fight against corruption, enhancement of a competitive education system, providing the rights and freedoms of citizens, forming of democratic and civil society, the effective organization of the state – necessary prerequisites for achievement of this purpose. The main contribution to achievement of settlement of a social and economic task – the complex solution of a demographic problem.
ANGOLA IN PROCESSES OF THE INTERNATIONAL (REGIONAL) ECONOMIC INTEGRATION
Abstract
In article the author analyzes current trends of regional economic integration in South Africa. By means of the statistical analysis features and evolution of economic integration within Community of development of the South of Africa (SADC) are researched. The author showed growth of processes of trade integration into SADC. Also the author notes increase in dependence of national economy of Angola on the intraregional market of Community of development of the South of Africa. The author allocated problems and the prospects of regional economic integration within SADC and a possibility of Angola and step-by-step measures for further development and growth of a role of Angola in integration processes of the South of Africa are proposed.
SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM OF POVERTY IN INDIA ON THE BASIS OF THE INTERNATIONAL CREDITING
Abstract
Article is devoted to the problem resolution of poverty in the Asian countries on the example of India. The poor and poorest countries and characteristic features of the poorest countries of East, Central and Southern regions of Asia are determined. The short characteristic of development of economy of modern India is this. The main trends in dynamics of a number of social and economic indicators of development of India in 2004-2015 which showed decrease in sharpness of a problem of poverty in India are revealed. Multidirectional tendencies in growth of an external debt of India and reducing amounts of international credits in 1991-2015 are determined. The efficiency evaluation of the international crediting for the problem resolution of poverty on the example of joint programs of India and the World Bank is carried out.
ECONOMY OF SAUDI ARABIA IN THE CONDITIONS OF DROP IN OIL PRICES AND ITS DIVERSIFICATION: NEED AND OPPORTUNITIES
Abstract
In article economic and social situation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the conditions of fall of the prices in the world oil market is analyzed. The author showed a negative impact of a protracted oil crisis on national economy and the social sphere. The author proves a conclusion about need of acceptance of the state measures for more active development of not oil segment of national economy for the purpose of ensuring sustainable and long-term social and economic development of the country. The author shows that diversification of economy of Saudi Arabia requires also activization and geographical diversification of foreign economic activity.
INNOVATIVE COMPONENT OF ECONOMY OF ISRAEL AND PROBLEM OF THE ECONOMIC SAFETY

In article modern economic dynamics of Israel with the emphasis on an innovative component of national economy is analyzed. This component – very important element of ensuring an economic safety of the state which the vital tasks in various spheres of its activities face difficult and sometimes. Deepening of innovative development, large-scale implementation of innovations to all spheres of national economic and social system can provide to Israel sustainable development in the long term and reduce the available risks in connection with world, regional and country threats.
THE ANALYSIS OF DYNAMICS OF FOREIGN TRADE AND CAPITAL INFLOW IN ITALY IN 2005-2014

In article the macroeconomic situation in Italy for 2005-2014 is considered. The role of external factors in social and economic development is shown. The analysis of foreign trade, its dynamics, a share in world indicators is this. Authors allocated factors of development of foreign trade of Italy. Are also shown dynamics and features of participation of Italy in the course of the international movement of capital which plays an important role in ensuring long-term and sustainable development of the country. By authors it is established that Italy has every chance of deeper and thorough further transformation of own potential to the general benefit.
