It includes the characterization of the specifics of the competitive strategies of these companies, common points and differences. The estimation of the effectiveness of the companies’ corporate management is implemented on the base of the analysis of car sales on the EU market during the period 2008-2015and the basic measures of their success are underlined. The comparative estimation of the effectiveness of the measures of the implementation of competitive strategies of the functioning of two companies is made on the base of the indexes of activity on the foreign markets during the mentioned period.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Статья посвящена корпоративному регулированию деятельности компаний Volkswagen AG и Renault-Nissan. Характеризуется специфика конкурентных стратегий данных компаний, сходства и различия в них. На основе анализа продаж компаний на внутреннем рынке ЕС в 2008-2015 гг. проведена оценка эффективности корпоративного управления компаний и выявлены основные меры, определившие их успехи.
