FEATURES OF APPLICATION OF EARTH'S REMOTE SENSING TO SOLVE DIFFERENT INDUSTRIAL TASKS AND THE PROBLEMS OF EVALUATION OF ITS ECONOMIC EFFECT
Abstract
Earth remote sensing is a process for contactless collection of information about objects, territorial entities or events from spacecraft, ground systems for remote sensing, unmanned aerial vehicles with the placement on them and the use of optical-electronic video and radio. All these types of remote sensing compete, complement each other or constantly improve each other.
The authors show various areas of application of remote sensing technologies for solving various economic problems (in meteorology and climatology, agriculture, oceanology, hydrology, urban and regional management, etc.). It is shown that at present the space is getting closer to solving the earthly tasks that a person faces daily.
At the same time, given that the basis of the solution of any national economic problem is the economy, the authors consider the problems of evaluating the economic effect of the use of remote sensing data. In conclusion, the authors conclude that a positive economic effect due to the use of remote sensing technologies is achievable only in those countries and sectors of the economy where the information and communication infrastructure necessary for their use has been reached, a threshold level of development of information and communication technologies has been reached.
ESSENCE, MAIN FEATURES AND PRINCIPLES OF UBERIZATION AS NEWEST BUSINESS MODEL OF ACTIVITY OF THE MODERN COMPANIES: MERITS AND DEMERITS
Abstract
Within article emergence of a business model of the uberization which became result of historical development of economy of joint consumption is analysed. Its essence, the basic principles and also the increased relevance of application in modern economic conditions of managing is designated. The main features and the key principles of realization in practical activities of the modern companies of a business model of uberization are characterized, key pluses and minuses of its application from the point of view of various parties which are taking part in this interaction are designated. The uberization business model role for development of economy of new type in general, and subjects of managing in particular is designated, its modern and perspective trends are characterized.
TAX SUPPORT OF THE REAL SECTOR OF ECONOMY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Abstract
Now the economy of Russia needs effective regulation and further improvement for what the Government of the Russian Federation considers various options of stimulation of production and increase in business activity when maintaining balance of the budget of the country. In article methods of the state support of the real sector of economy by means of application of tax policy are considered. Also, in work the analysis of efficiency of application of various measures of tax support of economic entities and influence of innovations in the Tax Code of the Russian Federation on activity of economic agents is carried out. When carrying out this research some problems in the sphere of taxation in the Russian Federation, in particular change of tax rates on the VAT, income tax of the organizations, etc. were considered.
ROLE OF GDP AND GDP PER CAPITA RUSSIA IN ASSESSMENT OF THE CONDITION OF NATIONAL ECONOMY IN MACROECONOMIC
Abstract
Within the framework of this article, the importance of such macroeconomic indicators as GDP and GDP per capita, their role in assessing the country's place in the world economic arena is indicated. The analysis of the dynamics and structure of Russia's GDP in the period from 2014 to 2018 was carried out; the main negative trends that influenced the country's place in the world rankings by these indicators were highlighted.

Innovative start-ups play an important role in development of technological economy. The author on the example of Israel specified importance of startups and difficulty of their formation in countries with economies in transition in article. The comparative analysis of the major factors promoting growth in the field of research and development was carried also out. The sector of research and development is considered a key component of growth of economic competitiveness.
MONEY MARKET: ESSENCE AND TYPES OF THE MONETARY SYSTEM
Abstract
In article the money market, essence and types of a monetary system are investigated. The relevance of the chosen subject is that money is the most important attribute of economy. How the monetary system functions, stability of economic development of the country in many respects depends. Money represents an important element of a market system of economy, and stability of a monetary system of the state – an indispensable condition of normal functioning of all national economy. The dissonance of monetary circulation causes considerable rates of inflation, undermines market mechanisms, economy in general. Also, in article the monetary system as the form of the organization of monetary circulation in this or that country which developed historically and fixed by the law is considered.
