Its essence, the basic principles and also the increased relevance of application in modern economic conditions of managing is designated. The main features and the key principles of realization in practical activities of the modern companies of a business model of uberization are characterized, key pluses and minuses of its application from the point of view of various parties which are taking part in this interaction are designated. The uberization business model role for development of economy of new type in general, and subjects of managing in particular is designated, its modern and perspective trends are characterized.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>В рамках статьи проанализировано возникновение бизнес-модели уберизации, ставшей результатом исторического развития экономики совместного потребления, обозначена ее сущность, основные принципы, а также возросшая актуальность применения в современных экономических условиях хозяйствования. Охарактеризованы основные особенности и ключевые принципы реализации в практической деятельности современных компаний бизнес-модели уберизации, обозначены ключевые плюсы и минусы ее применения с точки зрения различных сторон, принимающих участие в данном взаимодействии.
