The authors consider the problem of innovative development, which is one of the key factors in attracting investment in the economies of the countries of the CELAC region. Particular attention is paid to the fact that innovations create new opportunities for the development of economic sectors and the creation of new jobs. The authors reveal that innovations can contribute to the development of a sustainable economy and environmentally sustainable production, which leads to economic stability and attractiveness for investors. It is also determined that organizations and companies that invest in services and products related to innovation can earn high profits and strengthen their positions in the market. In addition, the authors study other problems existing in the region that may affect innovative development in the future. The authors analyze the following: low level of education of the population, low culture of entrepreneurship, limited access to capital and technology. But despite these problems, many Latin American countries show excellent results in the development of innovations and can compete with other regions of the world.

The article shows modern approaches to risk management in the insurance industry; analyzes the key risks faced by insurers; identifies the most effective methods and tools of risk management of insurance companies. The paper presents a brief review of the literature in the context of risk management, trends and the state of the insurance market in Russia and the world, the actual work of insurers with risks. Whereas the timely identification, analysis and overcoming of possible risks is an integral task in the activities of insurance companies, the real practice of risk management in this segment was studied. Based on the results of the research, the strengths and prospects for the development of risk management in insurance were formulated.

The Russian-Chinese partnership is becoming stronger and more influential, which is due to the strategic interests of both countries. The article analyzes trade cooperation between Russia and China in the context of sanctions pressure from Western countries. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of trade turnover, the structure of exports and imports, it is concluded that there are factors conducive to the creation of close ties between the countries. The basis for the analysis is the data of the Chinese Customs Administration. According to the results of the study, problems were identified, eliminating which, the countries will be able to create even more effective mutually beneficial cooperation.
