The dependency of the composition of the oleoresin balms of pinus silvestris l. from ecological conditions
Abstract
Using the method of 1Н and 13С NMR spectroscopy, composition of balms of oleoresin of Pinus silvestris L, growing in different regions of the republic of Belarus, was studied. Established, that their chemical composition depends slightly on the growth region and pollution level of the woods by radioactive and industrial emissions. Long term of storage of balms leads to the essential change of their structures due to resin acids isomerization.

Dynamics of permeability cellular membranes in ontogenesis of mesophyte and hygrophyte plants in the changing environment
Abstract
Investigated the permeability of cellular membranes of ground and underground bodies of mesophyte and hygrophyte plants in ontogenesis in conditions of humidifying change of environment. The plants in six ontogenesis conditions were used in work. The received results allow to describe different variants ontogenesis adaptations at the plants growing in conditions of moderate and increased humidifying of environment and to reveal dependence between dynamics of speed of an electrolits output and low-molecular substances and the maintenance kalium in vegetative fabrics.

On scientific-methodical basis of ranking of territories liable to influence of dangerous natural-technogenic processes according to the degree of their danger
Abstract
Within the frames of energetic approach being developed by the author, basic scientific-methodical notions of ranking of territories liable to influence of dangerous natural-technogenic processes according to the degree of their dangerousness are examined.
The meanings of integral factors of natural-technogenic danger are used as a main criterion.

Ecological estimation of soil status in Blagoveschensk
Abstract
Chemical and microbiological structure of different Blagoveschensk's soil types is studied. The fuel and energy complex's and motor transport's influence was expressed by toxic elements' (Pb, Cu, Zn, Hg) accumulation process in humus horizon up to exceeding As, Ni, Zn in ОДК. As a whole according to the characteristics of soil chemical pollution and structure of bacteria and micromycetes complexes, the ecological situation in Blagoveschensk is estimated as an average level, except local plots where the high level of heavy metals pollution is revealed and the structural changing of group microbial complex is observed.

Geothermal field of svalbard plate northern part: problems and evaluations
Abstract
Heat flow measurements data in the northern part of Svalbard plate near Franz-Josef Land (FJL) and Spizbergen are resulted. Measurements were carried out by new updating geothermal probe «GEOS-M». Seven heat flow measurements on «FJL» and twenty - on «Spizbergen» are received. On first of them heat flow variation from 30 up to 85 mW/m2 are connected both with trough valley Franz-Victoria tectonic activization and with structural and thermal conductivity heterogenesis inside sedimentary cover. Abnormal heat flow values (from 120 up to 519 mW/m2), measured in trough Orly (to the eastern of Spizbergen North-East Land), testify to rift zone development which completely destroyed a continental crust. Water temperature sounding discovered a leyer of negative temperatures in the depths from 30 to 100 m. Researches were sponsored of the Norwegian oil Management, RAS Presidium, RAS Earth sciences departament and the Russian Basic Research Foundation.

The dynamic of functional systems of human body's activity at schoolchildren during five years (moscow south-west administrative district)
Abstract
Sharply increased rate of deterioration of schoolchildren's health causes immediate introduction in practice of school work the systems of regular estimation and control on condition of organism's functional systems. Due to the support of diagnostic complex «AMSAT - COVERT» it has been revealed that endocrine, bronchial-pulmonary, nasopharyngeal, visual systems have maximum deflection from physiological norms at girls at the age of 11-12. The boys have higher parameters of deflections and proper to the age of 11-13 years old.

Role of environmental factors in development of congenital defects
Abstract
An investigation has been performed in a territory of large industrial region. A complex, environmental impact on development of congenital defects (CD) has been studied. Correlations between CD prevalence and specific anthropogenic factors have been revealed. Relative and attributable risks, which demonstrate a specific effect of a number of adverse environmental factors on CD development and prevalence, have been calculated. Mathematical modeling of association between CD and complex anthropogenic load has been made. The modeling allows to predict CD prevalence among infants at the age under one year in this region, taking into consideration environmental conditions. Researchers have come to conclusion that method of risk assessment should be use to determine factors having a negative impact on reproductive health.

The bioindication of the radiation conditions
Abstract
Bioindication on the basis of accumulation ability of indicators is based on ability of some species to accumulate polluting substances, including radionuclidas, in the concentration exceeding their maintenance in other environments. As indicators species active accumulators of radionuclides, typical for the given territory, dominating in vegetative communities are used. Adaptation of systems of bioindication to various zone-landscape conditions is based on search of informative species of indicators for each zone, an establishment of optimum terms of supervision and development of the optimum scheme of bioindication. Adaptation of system is lead on a structure on a gradient of landscape-zone factors on materials of long-term researches of authors.

Abstract
In article aspects law-enforcement policy of Germany from the moment of the edition of the law in 1994 and till today are considered. The law edition was preceded by stage nig reconcile working and correction of mistakes, considerable experience of lawmaking and practical application which will be useful at creation of similar legislative norms in Russia as a result is stored. In article aspects both standard and financial regulation of access to the ecological information are reflected.
