Possibilities of application of benchmarking in increasing of competitive advantages of the chemist's organizations

Abstract

During the recent years benchmarking has been one of the most effective and well recognized methods of improving business processes as well as become one the most efficient management instruments. Despite its key practical importance, benchmarking is not widely spread in the chemist's shop business. The current work provides methodological approach for using benchmarking to identify the leading chemists shops who would have best combination of competitive advantages. It also identifies main factors of improvement of competitive position of chemist-shops as well as success factors to decrease competitive gaps.
