Abstract

The article touches upon creation and functioning of the Middle and Far East branch of The Moscow Radio (currently The Voice of Russia) in the Soviet period. In particular, the article gives a close look at the radio station's activity during World War II and at changes in its work resulting from development of technical facilities.
