Abstract


A method, a hardware and a software complexes, which provide for efficient support of the process of teaching students and professionals in techniques of quantitative analysis of the content of microscopic images of cell preparations in medical and biological investigations, are proposed. The software implementation of this method presumes application of analytical procedures of filtering, segmentation of the video-image, subtracting the background, binarization and the analytical procedure of computing objects on the microscopic image.
