Basic Principles of Distortion of the Reality in Lawyers’ Speech (the case of defensive texts pertaining to the times of judicial reform of Alexander the II)

Abstract

The author of the article analyzes contextual meanings of general notions determined in defensive texts pertaining to the times of judicial reform of Alexander II, examines the methods of their forming and reconstructs the actually validity of ethical value system of the Russian society of that period.
