Abstract

The article investigates the historical aspects of governance in the field of non-Orthodox confessions. At the present stage for Russia and cooperation between the state and various faiths remains relevant. Russian Federation - a secular state, in connection with which the observance of "balance" is particularly relevant. Historical experience shows that this interaction, and the more regulation, is not a simple task. In this paper we attempt to analyze the most important aspects of public administration heterodox religions in order to further the use of historical experience in modern management process.

Abstract

In article the main milestones and indicators of development of public catering in the USSR in the 1920th - are considered the 1930th years, basic provisions of a state policy in this direction, and also reaction of society to the social organization of consumption are analyzed. The attention is focused that in the conditions of transition from civil war to the world, from «military communism» to new economic policy, taking into account realization in practice of Marxist ideas about creation «new socialist» societies, were subject to the state control not only the industry, trade or agricultural production, but also consumption which became business «nation-wide». The analysis of documentary material gave the chance to the author to answer a number of the important questions connected with a problem of evolution of various aspects of life of society in the conditions of a social reorganization of a social pyramid.

Abstract

The article was highlighted multifaceted activities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure the economic security of the joint after the collapse of the USSR and the creation of the Commonwealth of Independent States. In particular, the author especially emphasizes the fact that this multifaceted interstate activity was based on the fundamental legal framework. This fact, according to the author, reflects the priority importance of international cooperation in the sphere of economic security of Russia and Kazakhstan. At the same time in an article on a particular factual material shows the operation of the two states on the formation of new priorities that form the basis of their national economic security. Particular attention is paid to the strengthening of bilateral economic ties with neighboring regions of Russia and Kazakhstan, which also enhance the economic security of the two leading states of the CIS - Russia and Kazakhstan.
