Under the convergence of the information systems we mean that information interpenetration of provoking a global system for the reorganization, and this is not due to asymmetric information, and due to its excess. There is a certain fatigue of the meta is taken from the burden of responsibility for the world. This meta-increasingly begins to transmit positive and negative information, destabilizing the international situation, multiplying the conflicts and exacerbating the chaos.
