Abstract
In article identified the main risk factors for pre-eclampsia in case of metabolic syndrome (MS) in pregnant women, shows the role of maternal antibodies to insulin in the forecast of development of pre-eclampsia and outlined the main ways of correction of the revealed violations. Presents algorithms for medical action aimed at the prevention of severe pre-eclampsia in patients with MS.
