Abstract
The article deals with the study of need for donor blood components in the organization of medical care. There is evidence of increasing demand for donor blood components in oncology, as well as in surgery of the chest, abdomen, on the bones and joints. In some cases at surgical treatment, decrease in need for donor blood components is observed.
