Lawful problems of sea loading transportations' regulation in China

Abstract

This article is focused on the main problems of judicial regulation of water transport and sea loading transportations' activity. In the course of the researches, the author used the following sources: as Maritime Code of the People's Republic of China, Maritime Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, Maritime Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, Regulations of the People's Republic of China on International Ocean Shipping and other regulations.
