Abstract
In article the state and the main features of the Russian-Austrian trade cooperation are considered. Special attention is paid by the author to influence on this process of the western economic sanctions against the Russian Federation and countermeasures of Russia.
OPEN INNOVATION: THE MODERN EXPERIENCE OF CHINESE COMPANIES
Abstract
The paper is devoted to analysis o modern open innovation instruments used by Chinese companies within national ecosystem framework. The government role in development of innovation activities is discussed in the paper. China has made science-based innovation an important priority and have invested substantially in building institutions and capabilities. National ecosystem affects growth and efficiency of innovative companies. Chinese companies offer modern products and services to domestic and foreign customers. Based on firm-level case studies, various instruments of open innovation of Chinese companies are discussed. National ecosystem affects growth and efficiency of innovative companies. Best Chinese companies operate at China speed: they find many ideas through open innovation processes, recruit and develop talents in novel ways, actively enter in partnerships, rapidly innovate. Innovative companies get multifaceted efficient state support, which has very articulated goal-setting – growth of national technological champions.The purpose of the studyis toreview open innovation instruments used by Chinese companies and to discuss the role of the state in fostering innovation in the country. This information can be useful for Russian innovative companies.

Objective regularities of protection of intellectual property in the ASEAN countries – one of the most dynamically developing integration association in the world which takes high places and on indicators of innovative development are shown in article. INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF BRANCH OF NUCLEAR POWER AS PRIORITY DIRECTION OF DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENCE, EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY IN RUSSIA
Abstract
In article importance of branch of nuclear power as one of the priority directions of development of science, equipment and technology of the Russian Federation is proved. The major factors influencing development of nuclear sector, confirming increase in a share of nuclear power in a country energy balance are defined. Assessment of an innovative condition of branch of nuclear power is carried out. Need of financing of research and development within the mechanism of public-private partnership is proved.
ANTI-RUSSIAN ECONOMIC SANCTIONS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON NATIONAL AND WORLD ECONOMY
Abstract
In article the specifics of modern sanctions war of the western countries against the Russian Federation are considered. By the author it is shown that the negative impact of this war takes place not only on the Russian economy, but also on world economic system, and on her separate components, such as the EU. The author comes to a conclusion about need of a regulation at the international level of such method of the international competition as economic sanctions.
AN INNOVATIVE COMPONENT OF THE ECONOMY OF THE GCC COUNTRIES
Abstract
In recent years, the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) have embarked on a series of reforms and initiatives targeted at immediate challenges within their innovation systems. These challenges include the need to cultivate human capital and to promote research and development (R&D). These countries are also developing traditional sectors (such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, basic industries, and water desalination) and nascent ones (including aerospace, healthcare, and renewable energy). The GCC has made significant progress in a relatively short time.
