Abstract

Objective regularities of protection of intellectual property in the ASEAN countries – one of the most dynamically developing integration association in the world which takes high places and on indicators of innovative development are shown in article. The author has analysed and systematized a condition of protection of intellectual property in each member country of ASEAN.
