Operating management system “Etalon” at the enterprise PAO “Gazprom Neft” as a way to increase the efficiency of energy companies

Abstract

 

The purpose of the article is to study the principles of operation of the OMS "Etalon" used at the enterprise of PAO "Gazprom Neft" and to consider the possibilities of its application in other energy companies to improve the efficiency of their activities. The article provides a comparative characteristic of management systems, allowing to identify the clear advantages of the OMS compared to existing global practices, also presents the structure of the "Etalon" and methods of assessing the maturity of the system, characterizes the main tools for implementing the OMS and analyzes the financial performance of PAO "Gazprom Neft" since 2016, confirming the effectiveness of the company's operation after the implementation of the OMS. In conclusion, the authors present proposals for the application of the OMS "Etalon" at the enterprises of the energy industry, due to its unique characteristics, as well as a high level of adaptability, confirmed by the example of individual companies within PFO "Gazprom Neft".

Open innovation as a mechanism for enhancing innovation activity of Russian business

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of open innovation as a mechanism for enhancing the innovative activity of Russian business. It explores the concept of open innovation and its impact on the development of innovation in Russian business. The article discusses the basic principles of open innovation, their advantages and possible limitations when applied in Russian companies. An analysis of existing practices for using open innovation in Russian business is also carried out and the main trends in this area are identified. Because of the article, it is concluded that open innovation can become an effective tool for enhancing the innovative activities of Russian business and helping to increase the competitiveness of companies in the market.

Import substitution in electrical engineering by the example high voltage bushings production

Abstract

The article outlines the main problems faced by the electrical industry in terms of porcelain tire manufacturing due to the political events of 2022-2023. These problems have incurred not only reputational risks for manufacturers of electrical equipment, but also great economic losses for the country due to dependence on imported materials. In this regard, the author analyzes the current situation with porcelain tire manufacturers in Russia and offers solutions to this issue. The author proposes the efficient development in the manufacture of tires, which could lead to higher quality finished products, reduced scrap, shorter production times, and potentially more cost-effective consumption of finished insulators not only for the country, but for the world as a whole. The author is confident that the new technology will not only close the need for tire manufacturing, but will also be able to impact the country's economy through potential exports. Thanks to the support of the state and, in particular, the Ministry of Industrial Trade of the Russian Federation, the first enterprise in the country to manufacture tires using the new technology, which is considered to be the technology of the future, may appear.

Digitalization of B2B sales in the Russian wide-profile distribution market as a factor in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises

Abstract

The digitalization of enterprises in Russia has been actively continuing for several years now, and since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, a trend has formed for the transformation of B2B sales. To analyze the impact of digitalization of B2B sales in the wide-profile distribution market, the following questions were raised: what is digital transformation, what are its advantages, what impact does digitalization have on B2B sales, is it possible to define digital transformation in the market of wide-profile distribution as a real force to increase the competitiveness of an enterprise in the Russian market in the face of constant struggle to retain customers and stable positions. The article proves that digital transformation is not the ultimate goal, but a path whose influence is only increasing every year. The paper examines how this phenomenon can enhance and strengthen the company's position in the market.

Optimization of business process of preparation for transportation of second dishes

Abstract

This article is devoted to the study and optimization of the business process of cooking and preparing for the transportation of second dishes in the field of food production. The paper examines the current problems and challenges of organization such as Secret kitchen company, related to this process, and suggests effective methods for its production optimization. In addition, the article analyzes the main stages of the process of cooking and preparing for the transportation of second dishes, using the method of comparative analysis, weak points are identified that lead to delays and downtime in production, to loss of quality or insufficient efficiency. Based on this empirical study, optimal solutions have been identified that help optimize staff work planning, resource utilization, and reduce cooking and preparation time. The recommendations and optimization methods proposed in the article are based on the best practices in the field of business process management in the field of food production. The results of the study can help to improve the efficiency and quality of the cooking process and preparation for the transportation of second dishes.

Improving the iStochastic Martingale strategy

Abstract

The article discusses the process of trading in financial markets using the Martingale method and the Stochastic indicator in the foreign exchange sphere. In the context of the high level of risk inherent in this field, the authors propose a strategy aimed at reducing the likelihood of losses. The work analyzes original methods, identifies and eliminates shortcomings, such as the absence of stop loss, take profit, time interval and increased volatility of indicators. The authors propose a modified iStochastic Martingale strategy, the results of the study of which indicate increased profitability and reduced risks. The authors pay special attention to an individual approach adapted to specific market conditions and trader's goals

Problems and prospects for the development of import substitution in Russia in modern conditions

Abstract

 

The article considers the features of the development of import substitution, identifies key factors affecting it, as well as problems and prospects. Particular attention among the factors is paid to the consideration of sanctions pressure, including a historical retrospective of sanctions, starting from the first sanctions imposed during the period of Ivan the Terrible and the Time of Troubles, continuing the 19th-20th centuries, the Soviet and post-Soviet periods, as well as those operating in modern Russia. A review of the discussion of domestic and foreign scientists characterizing the attitude towards sanctions as an illegal tool for competition, interference in the affairs of other states and an assessment of the consequences of sanctions for the parties was carried out. The authors identified key industries for import substitution, reflected the success and lag of the policy in various industries, disclosed obstacles and considered measures aimed at reducing the lag in import substitution.
