Abstract
The relevance and need for specialist’s innovative susceptibility intensification becomes doubtless as far as it ensures their readiness to fulfil innovative solutions in a constantly changing social and business environment.
The main task of this article is to elaborate holistic view of innovative susceptibility as a crucial competence of modern professionals in management and development.
As a result of theoretical research the paper presents author's classification of the existing approaches to understanding innovative susceptibility and its components based on reviewing wide range of researches and publications.
The article suggests integrated group of professional competences providing ways to developing innovative susceptibility so that it corresponds to labour market demands. It relies on thorough analysis of professional standards and labour functions of managers.
