Abstract
In article it is considered the questions connected with the theory and practice of development and research of management information system by hotel complex. The server part of the software, allowing carrying out the main business processes and functions on management of hotel complex with MS SQL Server DBMS application is developed. For adoption of the correct and reasonable operational and strategic decisions the system of modeling of business management according to an integrated indicator of quality of the enterprise and services rendered to them is created. The tool for monitoring and the analysis of information on efficiency of business processes are indicators of business processes. The business analytics on the basis of mathematic-game conception of modeling with the forecast promotes obtaining objective information on the current situation and tracking of influence of different factors and occurring processes on profitability of hotel complex.
